Donate to HRA | Done a HRA

The Human Rights Alliance for Child Refugees and Families (HRA)--the main organization featured in the film--is a grassroots organization led entirely by volunteer organizers committed to advocating for and defending the rights of refugees. HRA prides its on working independently of state institutions and private foundations, and funds a majority of its work through donations made by generous individuals and/or groups.

Since its founding in 2014, the HRA has accompanied asylum seekers and refugees by visiting them in detention centers, connecting with their family members in the U.S. and Central America, raised funds for their bonds, provided material and emotional support when they are released, housing, and supported in providing transportation to and from immigration court. We also provide educational lectures and workshops spaces to communities.

If you'd like to help us continue building our movement to defend and protect the rights of refugees and migrants in the United States, donate to our cause!
